Delete your GenieLock account

GenieLock by GadgetGenie is used by GadgetGenie staff. You can delete your account at any time.

In the app

Sign in and open More → Settings.
Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm. Your account is removed straight away.

Without the app

Email info@gadgetgenie.org from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my GenieLock account". We delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, profile (name, phone, photo), saved signature, settings and unfinished drafts.

What is kept

Agreements, customer records and payments you recorded belong to GadgetGenie and are kept as financial records required by law. They are not linked to a login any more.

Customers

If you are a GadgetGenie customer and want your information removed, email info@gadgetgenie.org. Records tied to an active or legally required agreement may be kept until that obligation ends.
